Nate Wellek is a real estate professional with a strong background in investments and asset management. Formerly an employee at Hilco Redevelopment Partners in Chicago, he led the financial underwriting for multi-billion-dollar industrial and mixed-use projects, including The Bellwether District and HRP Alexandria. Nate excels at business structure and modeling complex financial deals. Prior to joining HRP, he worked as an Asset Analyst at The Scion Group, a student housing owner/operator.

He currently serves as a Consultant for Broomsedge Golf Club in Rembert, SC, where he developed financial models to forecast profitability and advised on business and debt strategy.

Nate is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Information. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, collegiate and professional sports, and travel. He also serves as the co-chair of the FIDF Young Leadership Board. Nate currently resides in Chicago with his fiancé Jessie.
